Doing our bit to reduce carbon emissions 

The Aspec family is on their carbon reduction journey! 

We are a Toitū carbonreduce certified organisation, which is in line with ISO 14064-1. We measure and monitor our carbon-producing activities and we develop solutions to reduce these.

This journey won’t be journeyed alone and we are actively engaging with our own supply chain to capture their carbon emissions and how we can collaborate to collectively reduce emissions across our industry.

Enviromark and ISO 14001

This is our environmental management system and continually working towards improving it. It’s not just about saying we comply, it’s about showing how we comply. We started our Enviromark and ISO14001 certification journey in 2025 and have been successfully implementing the systems across the company.

Buildings and Living Building Challenge

We love a challenge, and we love a Green Star project. Green Star projects are a challenge and the Green Star Buildings tool adds emphasise to our site management, our systems, our accuracy, our planning and our quality. 

We have successfully delivered many Green Star projects from 4 Green Star up to 6 Green Star, including a Living Building Challenge project.
