Aspec Maintenance was engaged to convert the O’Hare warehouse into a new CWE production plant for Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. Works included the removal of existing warehouse racking, installation of a trafficable ceiling on new structural beams, and the integration of an advanced HVAC system to achieve negative air pressure. The project also involved laying anti-static vinyl flooring and the installation of a new fire system. Delivered in collaboration with key subcontractors, the project was completed to a high standard.
