About the Project:
Aspec Construction was engaged to deliver a new mixed-use development in the heart of Ponsonby. The project comprised a three-level underground carpark, ground floor hospitality extension, two levels of modern office space, and a luxury penthouse apartment. Constructed on a tight urban site, the build brought together complex structural, hospitality, and residential requirements to deliver a high-quality development that integrates seamlessly with the existing precinct.
