Aspec Interiors carried out heritage refurbishment works to the School House (circa 1880), including installation of a new blue Welsh slate roof sourced directly from the UK. The project also involved strengthening the roof structure, replacing lead gutters and flashings, and installing a new copper spouting system. Extensive timber and joinery repairs were undertaken, including restoration of sash windows with new weights, ropes, and hardware, replacement of rotten weatherboards and veranda decking, and reinstatement of a previously boarded-up window. Redundant wiring and pipework were removed, foundation repairs completed, and the entire building repainted, ensuring the School House was restored in line with its heritage character.
