Wellness Centre Fitout

About the Project

Aspec Interiors delivered the Level 4 Wellness Centre fit-out within AUT’s WQ Building, transforming a standard office floor into a purpose-built student wellbeing facility. The project included medical clinic rooms, private counselling spaces, and a dedicated rainbow room, creating a safe and inclusive environment for students.

Extensive acoustic-treated partitions and ceilings were installed to ensure confidential, sound-controlled spaces suitable for healthcare and counselling services. The works also involved full reconfiguration of building services to support the new operational requirements. Delivered to a high standard within a live university environment, the project demonstrates Aspec’s expertise in complex internal alterations for sensitive, professional-use facilities.
