About Aspec Construction
Aspec Construction was established in 1986 and since then has grown in both reputation and presence throughout the North Island of New Zealand, with a proven ability to deliver ‘hassle-free’ projects. Aspec Construction has experience in construction projects for all business sectors, and has undertaken a variety of commercial construction projects.
Each of our departments has an extensive portfolio of successfully completed projects.
Aspec Construction’s Culture
Aspec Construction’s culture is evident in the way we behave, honour our commitments and collaborate with all stakeholders – clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and work colleagues. Aspec Construction’s staff aim to build long-term relationships with key partners in the construction industry, to conduct business with honesty, integrity and in an equitable manner, and to support good family values.
Professionalism, competence, integrity and enjoying what we do are the foundations of our culture, and our code of ethics states that we will not compromise our reputation of honesty and integrity, performance or achievement.
Our vision is to build better, to achieve client satisfaction. To be equitable, innovative and hassle-free.
Our mission is to focus on internal aspects of business and through efficiencies, consolidate the gains with a view to future growth.
Aspec Health & Safety Policy
Aspec is committed to the Health and Safety of its employees, subcontractors and clients and all other personnel working on, or visiting construction sites that are under our control or influence.
Our commitment and OSH systems provide a proactive preventative approach for the continuing development of a strong safety culture within Aspec.
Aspec has met and maintains the tertiary level requirements for ACC Workplace Safety Management Practices.
Aspec Construction’s Quality Assurance plans utilise the latest technology available to ensure effective delivery of our projects, and are integrated into every aspect of the construction process. Each project has a distinct Quality Assurance Plan tailored to suit the project and our client’s specific requirements.
Aspec Construction is committed to protecting, restoring and sustaining the physical environment, and employs environmental systems to ensure the company achieves a level exceeding that required by relevant legislation, codes of practice and standards.
Picking the “right” procurement method for a construction project relies on many variables, and as no two projects are the same, the drivers behind the choice vary considerably. Getting Aspec on board early is key to the success of a project and is where Aspec can add the greatest value.
