Kaipatiki Project Ecohub
About the Project
The EcoHub is a purpose-built community and education space showcasing sustainable construction in action. Featuring recycled rimu flooring, OSB wall linings, eco-friendly timber treatments, and a high-performance warm roof system, the interiors highlight renewable and low-waste design. With a solar PV system, greywater collection, and future-friendly construction methods, the hub reflects Kaipātiki Project’s commitment to sustainable living. Connected to Eskdale Reserve and a thriving native plant nursery, it also serves as a hireable venue for up to 50 people.
