About the Project:
Aspec delivered the Kākano Development, a greenfield project comprising six lots of office and warehouse units. Each lot featured similarly configured office and warehouse spaces, designed in varying sizes to suit a range of commercial tenants. The project provided modern, functional facilities while maintaining consistency across the development footprint.
