Aspec completed the re-roof of Mitchellson House at Baradene College, replacing approximately 410m² of roofing with a combination of long-run metal and membrane systems. Works were carried out under full scaffolding and shrinkwrap to protect the live school environment, with adjustments made to existing trusses to achieve correct roof falls. The project highlights Aspec’s expertise in delivering roofing solutions in complex, occupied settings.
