About the Project:
Aspec undertook façade maintenance works at Ascot Hospital, replacing ACP exterior panels and installing a new roof and gutter system. The project was delivered in stages while the hospital remained fully operational, requiring careful planning around sensitive areas such as theatres and recovery wards. Works were completed under strict quality and environmental controls, including waste reduction, noise mitigation, and traffic management around public and ambulance access.
