Our Story
Founded in 1986, Aspec Construction has grown from a small local operation into a trusted name in Auckland’s construction industry. Today, we’re a team of over 180 skilled and dedicated people, many of whom have been with Aspec for more than a decade, reflecting the loyalty, experience, and teamwork that underpin our success.

Built from the Ground Up
Our Managing Director, Matthew Donaghy, began his career with Aspec as an apprentice in 1999 and has worked his way through the ranks to lead the company today. His journey reflects what makes Aspec unique: a culture that recognises potential, rewards hard work, and supports people to build lifelong careers.
