ROMA ROAD – WAREHOUSES B, C & D 

About the Project:
Aspec transformed the former Foodstuffs site on Roma Road, managing a challenging brownfield redevelopment that included full demolition and construction of three new office and warehouse buildings – each tailored to varied commercial needs.

Sustainability was central, with the project targeting a 5 Green Star rating and diverting the majority of demolition materials from landfill. Steel, concrete, and volcanic rock were recycled or repurposed onsite, showcasing Aspec’s expertise in delivering large-scale, environmentally responsible developments in a complex urban setting.
